Services – Roll Grinding
CIPL provides the services of precision grinding of all kind of Paper machine rolls including calendar Rolls, Press Rolls, Dryers, Pope Reelers and felt Rolls.
With our two German Machine namely Voith and Waldrich Siegen we can grind the job upto 6 mtrs Deckle and 2mtrs Diameter with an accuracy less than 5 microns. Be it be Paralled Grinding or Cambering CIPL provides it with Superfinished Surface Finish.
Cover Size, Bearing Size , Coupling Size are also maintained and grind by us in case of worn out or New Rolls.
